MacAllan makes the most expensive whiskey in the world. I would have to try. 19,000 Euro per Liter. A barrel sold for $385K

I don't have expensive tastes. a $35 bottle is my limit. At our last Malt Manifesto meeting we sampled almost a dozen Iowa distillery products. I would buy any of them.

Because I saw they made the most expensive whiskey in the world, I wanted to try. Mum bought me a bottle of 12 year single malt, single cast for Christmas last year. It is very good. Nothing I would spend the money on, but if I had won a billion dollars....

That is cool on the Iowa distilleries. I will have to check them out sometime. Can't drink much anymore, started getting migraines when I do. So not worth it...

That sucks. May be Iowa corn liquor will be better. LOL

There, that's done and put to bed. I shot and posted a video on the "rear defroster" thread. The coil inside isn't for heat, it's a low speed resistor.

Interesting. Just got off the phone with my MOPAR parts buddy. Like some of you he's taken a lot of cars apart over the years.
He said when he takes a dash out he removes the dash, then drops the dash frame, disconnects the wiring.
Takes it to the floor, or bench and then disassembles the instrument panel, radio, glove box ext.
Puts it back in the same way. He said its a lot less time on your back.
I was watching Graveyard Cars after I talked to him, and sure enough they took a dash out the same way.
Different than what I thought it'd be.

Last jury duty I had to do, I knew the guy. The judge asked if it would sway my opinion. I answered yes. Got excused....

Hey folks, it's time for my bi-annual post on this forum haha.

I had the pleasure of going on a vacation out west to Vegas and the Grand Canyon the past weekend, being a bruins/redsox fan, I wasn't exactly welcomed with open arms :/

However, I did check out this privately owned auto museum, apparently it's some older guy who owned a trucking company and just built a ton of cars. Tons of ford models with chevy motors, but I did mention to find 1 Mopar! It had a 440 Wedge in it, and built for wheelie runs.

I'd estimate in total, this guy had what could be worth at least 3/4 of $1M in cars. He had tons of classics (close to 60-ish)?, fully restored and built for strip. One of his 40's Fords had $110k worth of gold plating on his pea shooters, exhaust, steering wheel, wipers, etc.. He also had about 30 different Big rigs.

What are those boxes the breathers go to?
Looks like they are just catch cans as they have breathers on them.
Doubt exaust evac is allowed - for the same reason draft tubes and such are not allowed.
