My buddy has a 66' Charger that converted to disc brakes in the front and has the whole drum setup he took off sitting around. Does anyone know if I could use those parts on my 72' Duster? Thanks in advance!
B body brake parts on an A body?

Yes but you'll need the 73-up A-body upper control arms with the big ball joints. B-body UCA's won't work.

Thanks for the info! For a short term project, would I be able to use just the hubs/drums from his charger?
Nope. Wheel bearings are different sizes.

You can use those spindles/knuckles only if going to a wilwood disc brake kit. Wilwood makes many conversion kits for that spindle.
As usual you must change to the large upper ball joint and use the b body lower ball joints. Reilly Motorsports put me on to this.
