I assume you have checked the usual repro vendors? They do have a product for sale, although it is not strictly accurate. They sell the same piece for top and bottom; the OEM pieces were different top and bottom. But if you can't find anything else...
 
I have a brand new reproduction piece I bought 3 months ago that I decided not to use only because I was able to repair the originals.
