Well according to this article that is correct

But as a mopar fan, I got to say, when I hear "elephant" I think 428 HEMI

Coyote prints with lava in them?
Puh-lease, this isn't a jab at ford (where are we, 1968?)

This are hello kitty foot prints (we all know hell is made of fire, and so is lava, right?)

So my guess is...ma mopar (I guess now that it's fiat, that should really be step-mama mopar) is bringing back the REAL hemi

Republican party......Oh yeah, 426 Gen II Hemi in all its heavy metal iron glory. Dont remake it, just punch out the better GenIII to 426.
 
Idk either. I'd say the new ones are way more efficient. Just because of computer controls and technology advancements. But for building raw power I'd have to say the old one just because of the size no replacement for displacement right?

Ford made the SOHC 427 that was also a Hemi.

Yes it was. NASCAR banned it immediately when they saw its potential to put everyone on the trailer. It would have, too.

Back to engines. What exactly is the coyote that Ford guys talk about? Is that just there catch phrase for the new 5.0?
 
Coyote is the modular 5.0 DOHC 4 valve motor with 12.0:1 on pump gas and a (2018) 7500 redline. Smokin motor with LS/G3 Hemi power in a smaller displacement. 460/420 ft/lb out of 307cid!

If I was in charge of Chrysler Instead of all this hellcat nonsense I would be making a roadrunner. Cause we all know the coyote never catches the roadrunner lol
