05-06 Chevy equinox steering column from pick a part make sure is has the metal case on the control box
Fla-fr1715dd Flaming river u joint from summit
16.5mm36 spline to 3/4” coupler and
Steering Control module from

3/4” shaft
3/4” flanged bearing
I did this with a floor shift column not sure what changes would have to be made to use a column shift, I also had to modify my brake pedal substantially to clear the control box however I found out you can move the box if you disassemble it and solder in wires to relocate it, I believe if you do this you shouldn’t have to touch the pedals.
Ok start with disassembling your factory column cut the column body about 1/2” past the mounting location for the factory mount it measured out 8 1/4” from the part of the column that you turn to realease the key from see pic.
