Measuring mystery cam lift with mic for budget rebuild.

So, I'm putting together a budget rebuild 318 with parts I have in the garage and i have 2 stock 360 cams that I pulled from engines I rebuilt. One of the cams I measured ( lobe lift- base circle x 1.5) was .410 both intake and exhaust. This cam was from 78 motor home. 2nd cam from a 75 cop car, measured the same way was .421in .435ex. Any possibility of that cam being a 340 ish grind? I know it's not exact measurements, but I am only trying to get close.
This rebuild, so far has only cost me about 40.00. Previously rebuilt motor I am refreshing with rings, bearings, heads intake, everything with stuff I have acquired throughout the years. Hope to get my Duster running by the end of the year.
