Measuring mystery cam lift with mic for budget rebuild.

Thanks guys. I did use the 421/435ish cam. I do know it's not exact numbers, but ballpark. Both cams had similar lift, but base circle was smaller on the one. My thought, since it was a cop car motor, that it had a different cam installed because of that. I pulled them both out of unmolested engines, so I'm sure that it is factory. I will have to look and see if I can read the part number on the cam, since I did already install it and buttoned up the lower end. Everything that I have used so far is from parts gathered throughout the years. It has been great to go into the house and say I've put new rings, bearings, oil pump and gasgets that was on the shelf. I'm even going to use the high stall converter that was behind the motor that cam was in, minus the butterfly.
My main goal is to clean up the garage some and make the duster mobile again until I get around to the 340 for the car, or 360 magnum I have for it.
Thanks, Paul
