Favorite local restaurant?

looks like it was started here in Boise by the Parkers in 1978 then sold to Joe Levitch in '80.

Parkers moved to Portland and opened another Flying Pie...
That 1st store is still there on Fairview Ave here in Boise.

Interesting... small world...
We have lived here in Arizona for 7 years and we have yet found anything that says "come eat here" If we go out we prefer Mexican or Pizza or good shrimp. In my hometown Greeley, Colorado we had the Armidillo Mexican with to die for Mexican Turnovers, Fonta's Pizza ( we like thin crust) and JB's Drive in for Shrimp. If I'm in Oregon I go to a place( can't remember name) in Depot Bay for Clam Chowder.
Now you've opened up another can of worms here in Oregon LOL which great legendary seafood place do you go to when you're in Depoe Bay? Or anywhere on the coast for that matter. Moe's? The Sea Hag LOL the Chowder Bowl....
I probably only been to one of the above-mentioned and that was probably 35 years ago when it wasn't as legendary and as popular lol it takes reservations or huge patients to get into those places sometimes on the weekends or holidays.
I found the only problem with eating out around here is having enough money to do it and trying to think of which place to go to next? You know instantly the thought of "the Miss Delta" on Mississippi Street down in North Portland oh boy the barbecue LOL I'm done....
