WIW apart dart LONG......

So, my move back to Oklahoma next spring is quickly becoming a reality and I am figuring out what to move back with me. I have one car that I'm on the fence on what I should do with.
I am painfully aware that selling a car apart is a money losing proposition but I really don't think it will get painted before I am ready to move. So, here I am asking my fabo brethren to tell me how stupid of an idea this is....lol.
I will tell you guys what I have and you can let me know what you think I could expect to get for it in today's market. Here goes.....
My 1970 340 dart swinger is mostly apart for paint. Front end is on a dolly, rear is still in the car. Interior is also removed. But for the sake of this discussion, let's say it's a together roller with front and rear in the car and interior re-installed. I could easily reassemble it to a roller in a week or so.

Original F8 green with green interior. 340 3-speed car. Stripe delete, drip rail delete.
Notable options: 3-speed wipers with electric washer reservoir, wheel lip molding, rocker molding, passenger side mirror and pedal dress up.
I have two build sheets, clear title and lots of old receipts. Fender tag is present and in nice shape. Body numbers match

Body: body is nice. Has one 1"-2" inch hole in pass floorboard from a leaky heater core. I have a repop replacement floorpan.
Rear wheel lips have been slightly trimmed for wheel clearance.
Front and rear window channels each have two 1/8" holes in them.
Has one lower quarter extension already patched. Nicely done.
This is the extent of the body damage. Rest of the car is straight and dry.

Engine: numbers matching 340 rebuilt with forged Ross Pistons .030 over
Comp hydraulic cam, eddy performer rpm, lightly ported O heads.
Correct carter four speed carb
Original air cleaner and valve covers are present. No exhaust manifolds but I have a full tti exhaust. Ceramic coated headers with thermal barrier and 2 1/2" x-pipe system to the rear bumper.
Done by a reputable builder. 6k in receipts.

Trans: car was originally a 3-speed but I have a 4-speed trans with a Lakewood bellhousing and block plate. New TTI z-bar and all original four speed parts are present.

Rear: original 8 3/4 with correct bell drums. 3.23 open diff.

Front suspension: original k-member with washer has been powder coated along with drag link. Rest of suspension is present, control arms, sway bar etc.
original four piston disc brakes.
I have all new moog components, new in the boxes.

Wheels: 14" sbp rallyes.

Interior: original front and rear bench seats are present but have been recovered in 80's velour. Dash pad and door panels were junk so they are gone.
Rally dash bezel has been cut for a radio but is original with all instruments and original rallye dash frame.
Nos steering wheel
Nice dash vents, arm rest bases, etc
Nice headliner already in car.
Repop interior door handles

Car has straight bumpers with new repop rear lenses.
Unbroken grille, all mounting tabs present. No cracks and nos turn signals.
All new M&H wiring harnesses(dash, engine, tail light)
All new repop emblems, exterior door handles, window cranks, etc.
New fuel tank, brake parts, hoses, belts, etc.

The car is basically complete besides the windshield(was cracked when I bought it), the interior parts that need repop replacements(door panels, dash pad, etc) and the exhaust manifolds and bell housing as I have the Lakewood bell and the tti exhaust system.

I'm sure I'm forgetting plenty but you get the idea. Here is a pic.
Flame away! Thanks in advance for the opinions, guys.
