Hello all! New member in NW OH. Just picked up a '65 Dart GT. I don't know much about the car yet, but it supposedly has a 360 with cam and Edelbrock carb in it. I'm excited about working on my first classic car, something I've been wanting to do for a long time now. I've only ever worked on late-90s or newer cars and motorcycles.

Looking forward to pulling on the knowledge and experience of this forum to guide me as I build this car. I've already started a shopping list of hard to locate parts. Glad to be here!
 
I got ya covered for engine add ons :) The forum is a great place. you'll enjoy the wisdom. I'm from NE Ohio! I drive through Findlay once a month on my way up to MI for business meetings, and I race in Norwalk frequently.

check under the driver exhaust manifold for the 360 casting number, get it with a phone if you cant get under there. Usually 360's in those are a little choked on the exhaust side due to the narrow frame rails so they end up using small 273/318 manifolds.

Welcome aboard! 360 in that '65 is gonna fly! Make sure the passenger has an "OH S**T BAR"...
 
Slick looking Dart, it looks like one I had back in the mid 70's. With a 360, it should really get with the program.
