Weiand 5995 - 1995 / Eddy street ram

Well it was up and running about 10 years ago:)

It was a stock stroke 0.030 over 340,about 11:1 compression running milled down TRWL2322 pistons
Ported Edelbrock rpm 340 heads ontop of it, Crane gold race rockerss
Eagle H-beam rods.
Small Comp cams XR280R solid roller, 242/[email protected] and .570/.576
MSD probillet distributor,MSD6AL ignition box.
Block had a pretty tall fill.Deepest oilpan you can imagine.
Couple Proform 750 doublepumpers.
Ran quite nice on pumpfuel, the only things i would change if i did it again was the carbs i think a pair of 500cfm Edelbrocks or the almighty 660centersquirters would have been much better. Would also have prefered the closed chamber heads ontop of zero deck flattops but it was a ancient shortblock that evolved so to speak.

Today i cant replicate it again since i sold the heads and tunnelram a couple months ago and only have one of the carbs left but i do have another 340 block with fresh .030 over bores that im measuring up for a new build as soon as i know how much money i have left after getting the floor and rockers replaced on the car,if i ever find someone who wants to do the job.
