With manifolds I would go with a split pattern cam. You should look into the lunati voodoo 10200702 or the xe256 comp. They have a 256 duration with more lift than the stock 2bbl cam. I'm no expert but I even with a 2bbl cam I think it would be an improvement over a stock cam.
