Our best friends (four legged) 2018 shots

My right hand man Marshall! He is a hoot. Dumb as nails but I love him!! And the little one is my lap dog rocky.

He looks like one of our mutts that we had back in the 80's, named Captain... Captain had a black patch around his right eye and a dark spot on his behind with smaller lighter spots on his body.... Ours was a mix between an English Setter and a Dalmatian... What kind is yours????

He was well known around the Mopar crowd as he was very well behaved and we could take him anywhere without a leash, he would stay close to us or would come right back when we called him... He loved people and cars and loved to run up to people at the meets and greet them.... He loved to ride in our cars, all of them... He was at the first Mopar nats and many after... If you were at Mopar Nats in Chelsea, MI or Indy during the 80's or early 90's, you may recognize him... I had an old picture of him and Linda the D.C girl one year that really liked him, but don't know where that picture is now...

Here's a shot of him and I wrestling back when I was a teenager.... I had to use a blanket to protect my arm as he would tend to bite a little hard when he got excited playing rough... He wouldn't break the skin, but would leave red marks, but wouldn't bite hard enough to hurt... He was a guy's guy and loved to do things with us and lived in an all male household with my dad, brother, and I... He was the perfect fit for our family at the time....

He was a fast runner and could cut and weave very well... So well, that he caught many rodents here around our house in the forest preserve... He was a quadruple ace with 21 confirmed kills - 19 squirrels, and 2 chip monks... He out ran and maneuvered most of them who underestimated him and got caught... He kept up with our snowmobile doing 34 mph in 6" of snow...

He loved to run and considered it one of his hobbies... He loved to play soccer and would chase the ball and jump over the small creek in our yard to fetch it... Then he would carry it back and jump back over the creek, shake it up a bit, then drop it at our feet to do it again... When we kicked the ball, he would run and try to body block it when we kicked it, then if he didn't block it, he would chase it over the creek and bring it back... He loved to play for a couple of hours straight without resting... He would pop a new soccer ball or basket ball so he could hold it better in his mouth...
