Welcome to FABO. Just take your time and we can get you up to speed. If you want to talk to someone 1 on 1 you can click on their name above their Avatar (picture) and "start a conversation" then fill out the boxes and follow the instructions. Hell if this old fart can do it so can you. To upload photos, click on "upload photos" box on the lower right. Your photo file should pop up. You will have to open the correct file and double click on the photo you want to upload up to 10. When you're done click the "post reply" button. You got this! Don't be afraid to ask for help.
