Im getting ready to install door glass in a 67 Barracuda. I there a replacement part for the felt I have pictured?

Use lots of lubricant, I used electrical cable pulling lube, the slip into the channel
 
Yes, glue them in, the factory did. There usually some rolling resistance between that w/s and the back glass which will peel the w/s off if it isn't glued.
 
I thought they were held in the glass channel just by the pinch friction of the metal joint. There was not any evidence of glue on mine when I replaced them.
