Fender tag repops

Bought my Cuda about 10 years ago.. pulled the tag, threw it in a drawer and forgot about it. Like a dummy, I never cleaned up the rusty spots on it beforehand. Spent the last week soaking it in vinegar, and cleaning it up with a dremel brush. Does anyone repop these with the right codes? I'd still keep the original, just rather have one not so ratty for on the car.
