4 speed swap

My 904 is crapping out, and while fixable I'm taking it as a sign to go through with my swap.... I already have an O/D trans but if the offer is reasonable I could take a whole setup. Got a 318 so neutral balance. Local is always good, but if not pm me and we could probably work out the shipping. 92024 SoCal.
