I have these 15x4,5" bbp wheels, but would rather have the direct drilled ones for my old school racer. But I can´t seem to find them?
Do Cragar still offer them?
Thank you.

Cragar hasn't made those for decades. All uni-lug now.

I just bought 15 inch sbp cragar ss wheels from jegs. The ones I bought used conical lugnuts which I like a lot better than mag shanked lug nuts. They were not unilug.

Interesting. Any other width's? Haven't seen predrilled for years. I've been in the small bolt world too long. Lol

The sbp ones that I bought look just like the old school ones I used to have as far as I can tell. The center cap I had hanging on the garage wall from my 40 year ago wheels still fit the new ones. Thought about putting in on just for nostalgia.

View attachment 1715252226 Ha HA, I'm still right. The old SS Cragars are the 08/61 series. The "61C series" are a direct drill. The two series look different. See here.View attachment 1715252225

Interesting. The reason I didn't notice this was that when you click the Summit link above, the picture shown is a 08/61 wheel and even has uni-lug, but the description says direct drill. They just stuck a generic Cragar SS wheel pic in there and thought that there wasn't any difference.

Yeah, I have ran into that a lot with varying results. A lot of times they just post a generic picture. I had an issue with a/c expansion valves. They had the right part number, but the wrong picture posted. They sent me the wrong part, but it was the one in the picture. Twice. The third time they sent me a different wrong part. I finally gave up and bought one at Oreilly’s where I could see it when I bought it.

You have a side shot? I made the mistake of thinking the op was talking about the old Pre drilled SS wheels. The new "Direct Drilled" wheels are a bit different according to Cragar's website and photos.

Yes I maybe use the wrong words here.
What I´m looking for is the 4,5" bolt pattern only wheel. Whatever you call it...

I can take one for you on Sunday evening. I have a 15x4.5 width and a 4.5 bolt pattern. If you get the direct drilled you need the offset washers to fit between the spokes. Crager makes those also.

Yep. A straight on shot or two would be good. Thanks

These are 15x6 front and 15x8 back. Sbp direct drill. They have acorn lug nuts. I think they look just like the ones I had in the 70s.

NO washers on direct drill wheels. They use a conical lug nut. "Offset washers" are for unilug wheels. I'll be interested in seeing pictures also.

I found some old Cragars on eBay last month. A pair of 15X4 4 1/2" bolt pattern sold for damned near $1000. Too rich for my blood.

Okay, sorry for the confusion. Those are the original direct drill wheels like the ones I described in the eBay ad.

Edit: Wait. I went back and read your post. You bought direct drill wheels from Summit recently that have flat washers? Can you post a link to them on Summit? Thanks!

I just looked and everything summit offers for direct drill has conical lugs. I also looked up my paypal statement and verified it was summit I ordered them from. They don’t offer a 15x4.5 width anymore so maybe that has something to with it. Anyway pictures will clear up any confusion Sunday evening.

I want those wheels. Forget the picture, can you get a part number??? lol
