In those days Gale/ Johnson/ Evinrude were similar or alike under the hood. Got 'er home It's in really nice shape for something this old (1959) Stopped by the Post Falls St Vincent and bought some life vests!!! Boat will likely stay like this for winter. I'll take it downtown Mon-Tues and see what needs to be done "if" title/ registration, etc
Notice that the hull is not all beat up from bonkin' against rocks or docks!!!
Seller "figures" the thing was stored indoors unused for years. JUST LOOK at the original decals. He did redoo the oak trim
