snapped a leaf

so pressing in the new LCA greaseable bushings turned out to be a FAIL. basically destroyed the graphite trying to press in the shell all the way. i did what PST told me to do which was place a piece of plate steel on the bushing and press it in. Are you supposed to grease the outter shell and inner housing prior to pressing it in? the shell did not seat all the way before the bushing collapsed.
