The hemi cars used a seat belt to hold the windows shut. Bolt one half to the door and the other half to the bottom channel that the window sits in. Feed that out next to the lexan.
Pull on the belt, window goes up. Buckle it to the other half to keep it up
You only get all up or all down but that's better than fixed. Fixed is to dam hot for me...
