If I wasn't so damn old I would sell my house, shop, and 2 acres and buy a level 3/4 acre lot. I would build a shop and live in it and live happily ever after. All I need is room for my two cats (Hemi and Propane) a wall for a 60 inch TV, shower, microwave, bedroom, and a lazy boy recliner.
