How will those fit on a 71 Dart? They are not even the correct bolt pattern.

I suppose in me asking I was a little uncertain if they would fit and if they where the wheel I wanted.
Having considered your comments and reflected on the look I want, I have decided its the 15" torq thrusts for me. Keeps the classic 70's look.
Re the 4th Rallye wheel, not so easy over in uk, they are not that common and people want crazy money for them and the 3 I have are 14".
So..................... the plan is buy some 15" thrusts and sell the 3 sets of wheels (centrelines, Mag 500's and Rallyes I have, this will also free up my garage of rims

Yes it is. But with age comes experience. I assumed he had measured. Maybe not.
