Looks like the control arms are correct. I usually tell by where the bump stop hits on the flat spot of the control arm. You can mount the calipers on front and use the longer brake lines. I believe my brake lines are from an Aspen. I'm sure other will chime in on what applications have the longer lines to front mount the brakes.
