Those are called Cutters. I had one made by Harley Davidson. meant to be pulled behind snowmobiles.

I will tell you from experience, those cutters drag and trail terrible. Maybe do great in a lake or flat field. That's why they didn't stick around long... LOL

350 bucks for that? Seems a little overpriced. Are they rare or collectable or something?

it looks like it would be a lot of fun if you had property or a cabin or something. But it wouldn't be something you'd want to store in the city and try to take out to the mountains with you often.
 
My parents had one of those when I was a kid. Hitch broke on it once and there I was, all alone sitting in the darkness!!!!

Put a 25hp outboard on it and take it to the lake.:D
