275/60/15's on a 10" wide with 3-1/2" BS. All stock HD leaf at stock location and the standard 10" X 1-3/4" brakes. Inner fender lip would still be an issue for
this tire even with a 4-1/2" BS rim.
IMO, 15" X 8" with 4-1/2" BS works as long as no old school T-bars are used. Not sure about spring clamps.
