Not sure but look kinda like hinge cover for the rear seat.

Those look like the pieces for stowing the shoulder portion of the seat belts.

I think daliant is correct, I have them on my 71 Cuda, but they have a plastic cover over them.

Do you mean up along the window on the headliner, sorry this is a 72 Dart, if that helps. I haven't taken anything off there. Maybe that's why I don't remember taking them off.

Possibly along the rocker weld joint somewhere? I did some patching so I might not have these screw holes anymore.

Ok I found where they go. But not sure if they are supposed to go through the carpet or not. They are near the front seat belt retractors.

Do you have a separate shoulder harness from the seat belt? If you do, the shoulder harness would be clipped to the headliner in that bracket just above the window.

Yes, that's where my shoulder harness is hooked to - up out of the way.

So apparently it hold the front seat belt retractors in place.
Thanks for the answers!

I dug out the old carpet and it was pretty obvious. So did these come with plastic covers or were they just like this?

I have also seen something similar to this on the center console to keep the seat belt latch from going down in the crack. They are usually missing.
