I still think this is a door alignment issue. The back of the door looks to be down an 1/8" or so.
With the door hinges forward of the top of the vent window any amount of sag in the door will be noticed there.
Your hinges may be worn or the door just needs alignment.
Was repainted years ago by previous owner. I bought new hinge pins and bushings. The problem door does slightly hit the door striker pin. Any idea on how to raise the door and hinges to raise it up?
