That's actually a 1971 year engine... 1/7/1970 was the middle of the 1971 model year.... (It starts in July...)
Is it standard bore??? Overbore??? Crank cut??? Compression??? cam specs??? What brand of parts were installed during the rebuild??? Any video of it running???
