Looking at this again, its seems your top is out of alignment, not the glass. Look at update pic #5 and compare that to update pic #6. You should note that on the left side glass the stainless windshield moulding is pointing straight back, with about a 2" gap, to the stainless w/s moulding/ retainer. Not so on the right side. On the right side, the windshield stainless and the w/s stainless are out of alignment. The w/s and stainless attached to your top need to be adjusted to your glass. Close the gap with the top.
