Will a 75 duster upper control arm fit my 68 barracuda, duster had disc brakes but spindles are gone...

quick "Answer" on upper control arms

Well, the upper control arms will physically fit the car, but they are known as the Big Ball Joint upper control arms.
Your car originally has small ball joints, so in order to use the 73-76 UCA's you need to use 73-76 spindles, either disc brake ones, or drum brake ones.

Assuming you have the pre 73 K member, a stabilizer bar will route across the front of that K. So to prevent interference with the bar you'll need to mount those late model spindles opposite sides from how OEM was on 73 up builds. The caliper will be toward rear or 2 o'clock position. We can't know if those hoses included in the kit will be long enough for this configuration. The seller does have the hoses in a different pic so maybe they were changed so they will work. good luck with it.

Why would anyone in their right mind put drilled rotors on there car? Yikes.

I put them on all my cars, in Florida it helps during the rainy season to keep rotors cooler and and water out from under pads, had a problem mostly with Mopars Warping

That's a good deal imo. I bought new calipers rotors pads hub bearings hoses etc and probably have 300 in it those so basically your getting the spindles and dust shields for free. Thats a really good buy if you are converting to disk brakes and dont have the spindles in the first place.

A new high end performance vehicle will come with high performance brakes which include drilled and slotted rotors. That additional expense of production isn't necessary for the typical passengers vehicle.
In many cases we can buy high performance brakes, drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads, for typical passengers vehicles from the internet vendors for about the same or less coin than a brick and mortar part store gets for basic OEM replacements. Our 2011 RAV4 is one example.

HEAT DISAPATION, all nascar cars run them, and most really hi performance brake systems utilize them.
Where u been for the last 50 yrs. ? -- LOL >>> I live under a rock sometimes too !
