Stop in for a cup of coffee

-4 F in sunny Fargo this A.M. Looking at dropping oil pan and installing center pu tube on Demon. Took several months for mother Milodon to send. Got tired of waiting on it so moved forward, now I get to undo progress and install it.
We really don't get -F here very often. Maybe a few times a year. And double digits are pretty rare, but can happen. However, with a quick internet search I found this - The state record low is −42 °F (−41 °C), recorded at Smethport on January 5, 1904. That's near the Northwest corner of the state. That is also the temp I ran my blast freezers at when I was at the cold storage. Was always fun to check for a fan motor out and even more fun to change one. Regular freezers mostly ran -20F.
But just as it plays a part in feeling heat, the humidity makes you feel the cold. I really noticed it in the last week . When it was in the 20's (and dry air)I was fine. Mid 30's it felt really raw. Difference is the moisture transferring the cold.
