I am wondering if the Dana 60 that came with the original hemi darts and barracudas were a 5 x 4 inch small bolt pattern.

I have a model car of a gratiot auto supply 1968 hemi dart and I think it has an 8 3/4.

I could be totally wrong and the hemi darts and hemi barracudas came with a 8 3/4 from the factory.

In any case, many of these hemi darts and barracudas have dana 60 rear differentials, was there ever any record of people using the dana 60's with 5 x 4 inch small bolt pattern axles?

No such thing anyway, a factory 68 Hemi Dart, or Barracuda with a 4 inch wheel bolt pattern.

were not the stick cars ...Dana 60s?
and the autos................ 8-3/4s?

Sticks were Dana 60’s. Autos were 8 3/4. Correct but I believe the Dana 60’s were all 4.5 bolt pattern. Were the 8 3/4 rearends all 4.5 as well?

The factory Dana 60 rears had 4.5" bolt pattern . They were the only cars built by Mopar to have 2 different bolt pattern wheels .

You're right Jad . They used some goofy offset steel wheels to get it in . The rims do not appear in any other vehicle anywhere . super rare and super expensive.

And to think that the original owners just took them off and tossed them to the side or even threw them away!

Curious about the original rim/wheels that were on the rear, as far as the size and backspace on the wheels. The rear ends in the cars were B-body, correct.

From Bob Torozzi's the Chrysler Engineer who designed these cars original 1968 files on these cars.

The rear wheels were specifically spec'd out and custom ordered. 15x6 with 1.25" positive offset. Price for 300 wheels was $2500. available within 2 weeks (memo date 11/7/67). These were made from p/n 2823866

Not true. The cars has special rotors that was large 5 on 4 1/2" pattern that were first used on the 66 A-body Trans Am cars.

Ok, So that's this rear wheel then?
