Who makes the best aftermarket weather stripping for trunk, and doors? Also who do you buy them from? Need it for 67 fb barracuda.

Has anyone used this brand before, Metro moulded supersolf? If so how was the quality of this product?

I have been involved with the manufacturing and selling of Mopar weatherstripping for over 28 years. If at all possible, I would much rather have good used vs any of the reproduction door or roof rail seals. Clips can be replaced in the door seals. Just use caution when removing the seals and you can save yourself a couple hundred of dollars and have a much better fitting and functioning seal.

From carrying all of the major brands, understand that they buy from each other to offer product coverage. Usually the really cheap stuff is not the worth the time to install while the most expensive is not the best as well. We often times use a mix of manufactures to achieve the best fit and cost. There is at least eight different manufactures of the various components, so it helps to know what your paying for and what your going to get.

The problem with that my car came as a roller, with no weather stripping. Where I live there not another barracuda fb within 400 miles. Would be hard to find good used weather stripping.

Go into Rock Auto in the universal section under body. You can buy the weather-stripping by the foot and save a ton of money. The ones I have bought are usually Steele or soft seal. You do need to know the profile of it also not listed by application. I prob saved over 400 on the seals that way and they have window channel felt also.
