I just brought home a 1966 Barracuda that had a vinyl top.....

The windshield gasket has a lip that extends and overlaps the vinyl material, is unique to the vinyl top models and unavailable so far as I know. However a non vinyl top windshield gasket works just fine...I put one on my vinyl top 1966 Barracuda.
A reputable auto upholster can order and match the original grain pattern very close. Good news is the vinyl top came only in two colors, white and black. The vinyl roof option cost $62.00 extra in 1966 .
