low front end

Figured it out I think, when old bar broke the adjustment bar got stuck all the way up, so adjustment bolt was not hitting any thing, now to remover new bar and reinstall

where should the adjustment bolt and lever be? all the way in down or up or middle before installing torsion bar
 
I think I got now, new one is out and lever and bolt are down, thanks for the help, I've restored a few car before mosty ford and chevy, this is my first Mopar to restore but have owned a few. (68 charger, 69 charger, 69 roadrunner,71 duster, 72 duster). not counting the new ones .

I'm 66 and still love playing with and working on them.
