Hi has any one bought a Dash Pad from ABC Moparts. How do they look and does it hold up. I thought I heard that the sun ruins there dash pad.
Thanks Dave

sun destroys any dash pad in time. A long while back there was a neg' feedback thread about chrome on reproduction rally mirrors. That had to come from buyers who leave there classic out in the weather, drive it daily, etc...
Aftermarket is not required to meet or exceed OEM quality. I really don't think they assume every customers vehicle is garage kept either.
I hope they all took a lesson from the melting fan shroud fiasco and produce good enough to keep neg' feedback to a minimum. Good luck

We are experts down here in sunny Arizona. If you want to protect your pad keep a good quality dressing on it and use a dash cover when the dash is exposed to direct sunlight. UV rays pays hell with
covers

I have sold over 18 of the various pads since August. No complaints here. Bob is very customer friendly and the pads are much better fitting than the other available reproductions and actually a better price as well.
