oilpan full of water

I've forgotten some of the pitfalls but there are some head/ block bolt holes THAT IF YOU BOTTOM A BOLT HARD in the hold it can crack open the bottom and let the coolant loose. Maybe you didn't but what about the last guy?

Don't forget "something simple" like the intake / gasket/ head fit? Are the heads milled? Did the intake fit poorly? Bolt go in "difficult?" Sealer on the coolant/ intake passages? Don't forget the intake can be cracked just like anything else!!

Friend of mine once had a timing cover was cracked in the pump impeller area.
