I can't take credit - it's a 1/18th scale diecast from Highway 61 commissioned by Supercar Collectibles. They definitely do that.
 
You'd have to be pretty small to drive that. Even then, the engineering required to machine all of those tiny parts with accurate tolerances for cylinder walls, piston ring end gaps, even fan belt tension...what a huge undertaking. Where would you find a tire gauge to get the tire pressure right? Where would you get window glass made ? You'd have to make everything...wheel bearings, the transmission, brake lines...What about the tiny master cylinder?
 
Really cool car. I just showed my wife and had to explain to her how the background made it look like a normal size car. Her comment- is that yellow roses car?? LOL...
 
That thing is stupid good. I thought it was real at first.
