70 GTX - my brothers on CL

My brother has listed his 70 GTX. It was a triple black 440 4 barrel car.
New quarters, wheel houses, rockers have already been installed, Underhood paint already done. He has purchased many new and used parts for it including grille, bumpers, weatherstrip, air grabber, etc.. He is very firm on his price of 12k. No engine included.
