Napa gold,partsmaster both made by wix..
The fram filters stick. Hard to remove and 5/10 times the o-rings stick to the filter housing.
I always look for the o-ring when i pull a fram off.

Buddy went to yamaha to buy an oil filter,$31.00.for his watercraft.
They say they are better built to put up with the vibration.
Cut up a yammie filter and the equivalent $4.00 parts master(wix)
Parts master was built better.
Briggs and scrapiron same thing, 14 dollar vs 4 dollar. Also part number is the same as yamaha replacement. Which also fits dodge 4cyl engines.....
Wix 51348,51516 and 51515 and 51085 will all interchange.
Just need to verify the gaskets cover the mounting plate properly.

The car is on my lift...Bout 6ft up...Just easier with an under lift trans jack.. I aint in a rush. I can wait till the kid brings it back tonight...:thumbsup:

I'll have to check for a Wix cross reference for the big Honda when next it's due. Beautiful day for a ride. Got the Christmas gift in the neighboring village. Took a little detour to the beach. No 15' breakers though :(. 8' maybe.

Have you tried here?? WIX Filters Deal

I buy all my filters through that site. Usually enough for all the the vehicles for a year or so.

wait - Are you asking about 67 vs 69? Some terminal positions in the firewall connectors changed between 67 and 68.
The horn wiremay have moved too. No one has posted that up and I've not remembered to look at 68 to figure it out.
68 got side markers with lights.
69 may or may not have lights in the sidemarkers.

Actually I am looking for a harness complete. Engine/headlamp for 1971 Demon 440 with electronic ignition
