Adjust the chokes housing to move the embossed hash mark to the second line forwards, towards the front of the car and tighten down. This should have the inside tang hook the cool within providing tention to close the choke butterfly.
On the drivers side of the carb there is a fast idle screw that needs to be adjust to hold the throttle arm open on the second step of the fast idle linkage.
