10k range... I dont care how much other people are paying. If you add up how nuch it will take to restore you could find a done car for that much.
Just my opinion.
chargers are super hot these days.. have a friend sell a 70 charger not so long ago that had a clean body but no where near as nice as that car for 10k. got that money pretty easily too..
