I'm no help on this car but I'm in the Cleveland area and I've never seen this car, and it's certainly an eye catcher!

Yeah thanks, it was for sale maybe 11-12 yrs ago on moparts, I was waiting for a local
member to check it out for me, and it sold meantime. Then seller had the car back, and on ebay about 5 yr ago and I got beat out again. My DOH!
