Thanks for taking the time to write out the process and sharing the pictures. I wish I had space for a work spacelike yours. I’m going to try building the chin spoiler first following your process. Sure you can make a nice chin spoiler, just take you time. Also I would make it in two pieces, then cap off the ends. Another thing I would recommend is bend both at the same time, so they are easy to duplicate. If you have any question just pm me.
