Surgery sucks

Are there any home health aids nearby, who can assist?

This isn't something you should have to do alone.

I know where you're coming from though. For the past seven years my dad has been my mom's sole caregiver. Then he had to have back surgery. It was hard for him to sit back and watch others (a grandchild and myself) take care of Momma for a couple of months while he was healing.

Never hurts to reach out to the local Office of the Aging to see if they have programs.

I will look into it and see what happens. Her kids are very much aware of the situation.
