Did you order the Sharktooth or the new standard grille? Also the door. After aligning our doors I have a thought. Are you sure you don't have the striker too far IN? I found with ours if you push the striker all the way in it will catch on the FIRST catch on the door latch and the back of the door was about 1/4" out. It was a bit of work to get it to close on the SECOND catch and one door I had to pull the striker all the way OUT to get it to close with the new weatherstrip.

We back ordered the standard grill as discussed above. We agreed neither of us are particular to the Sharktooth although easier to get.
Thanks for the tip on the door alignment, we'll give it a try but I think the second catch is fully engaging. The P-Side is perfect with plenty of adjustment left, we just tweaked it a bit today to squeeze out some wind noise.
