I'm almost finished with my trunk restoration except for attaching the plastic tail light covers. I can't find the hardware in my bagged and tagged fasteners. Does anybody have pics or possible hardware for sale?

Was 1970 the only year for those covers? This is the first i have ever heard of them.

Thanks for the reply guys. Should be easy enough to find. I think that the plastic covers just didn't hold up very well over the years.

They are a rare bird. I’ve had two sets and kept the better pair for my 1970. Plastic material choices were not all that great back then, plus these were economy minded cars. Most broke from things sliding around in the trunk, I believe.

There’s a pair on eBay for $250 that looks nice. That’s a bit rich for my blood

Yikes! $250 is a lot of money for plastic. I'm glad that my originals survived.
