65 cuda dash pad refresh advice ..... ?

So I have a nice dash pad, no rips, tears or repairs.
Its been in hibernation for the better part of a decade since I acquired it. Before I install in the car what is the general consensus on what product to use / if any, to revitalize it ?

Still fairly pliable, have only used water thus far to get rid of the dust accumulation.

I have a convertible top boot that's 20 or so years old on my buddies MG midget that has never been taken off the car (it rains and he garages it with the top down. but he pledges it every week I removed(due to him complaining about a rattle) it to discover the top was completely dry rotted into a pile of shreds, but the boot looked new!

I use either lemon or unscented pledge. I use it with all my vinyl tops and even some of my original vinyl seats. makes the seats slick as all get out, think of it as Armor-all on steroids without the sillicones to ruin it. Works really good on Leather seating too like in the 60's lincolns I help make interiors for.
