Well, I got the little 64 Valiant 2 door sedan that was in the For Sale section. Got to meet a new Mopar friend and one that's in Georgia. Wally is a stand up guy and true to his word. The little car is really solid. Just a few places will need some small patch panels. Rear wheelwell areas, a small hole in the passenger rear floor pan and a little at each rear window lower corner. Overall, the car is really good. It has a 170. It started right up and didn't smoke or make a sound. I think I can do something with this. Will post pictures later tonight or tomorrow. I am really whooped. Thank you especially to @Rainy Day Auto for pointing the car out to me. I might have missed it were it not for her keen eye.

Holy crap! That’s awesome! Welcome back to Mopar ownership.

If there’s anything we can do to help just say the wrd brother.

That is awesome I saw that listing and where you commented on it I was wondering if you had pulled the trigger or not. That is a solid looking car very sharp. Congrats on the new project.

Congrats!! Always a great feeling to buy a new Mopar.

Thanks yall! Here it is in all its glory. First picture is us fillin up in Gray before we left. The second is after we had loaded and were heading back home. I thought we were going to need an ark before the day was over. Evan's 5.2 Dakota made an easy job of pullin the car. Thankful to have good friends.

Georgia looks like Virginia! Rainy! Virginia has become Seattle of the east! It hasnt stoped raining since it snowed lol.

Very cool!....I really like your Dakota too, I have a 1988 Dakota, wish mine was a short box... fun trucks and getting hard to find...low miles and original paint, will be on the road this spring, stepson is gonna drive it. Has a 1970’s 318 RV engine swapped in....hope it stays this nice!!

That's awesome. I remember a dark period in my life when I didn't have a Mopar. It's weird how not having one leaves a void. There's a 64 valiant down the road from me at a JY that's all complete, I need to go check and see if it's still there.

Way to go Rob!!!

I can't wait to see what you do with it... :steering:

You are now entitled to hang out on FABO as an A body owner.... :poke:

Thanks Keith, but that belongs to my friend and one of my co workers, Evan. It was his grand father's truck. It sat for a long time after some pretty serious engine damage and he rose it from the dead. Evan's a sharp kid. 21 and he completely rebuilt the upper half of the engine by himself and got the truck in excellent running condition again. It pulls really good for a smaller truck.

Yup. I was talkin about how much work this is going to be at this point in my life and with as many projects as I have and Kitty asks "you don't regret buying it do you?" It's not that, but now I am forcing my own hand at having to do something in almost all of my spare time. I gotta get busy! lol

Oh and any of you have any good leads on who offers patch panels? It is going to need a small patch panel in the passenger side rear floor pan. Also it will need the outer wheel wheel openings on both sides. That's the worst of it. I noticed Classic Industries offers the wheel well openings. Is their stuff any good?

I was watching that for sale thread and seen you jump on it RRR  Congratulations and if your build needs anything I may have I would like to get any parts I have to you to help out sir, happy for you Rusty
